Our products are crafted in small batches using pure Italian silk. Due to the delicate nature of silk fabric, slight snags or tears may occur if the garment comes into contact with jewelry, textured bags, or rough surfaces.
Grazie cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs after the item has been worn, as this is considered normal wear and tear on natural silk.
We recommend professional dry cleaning and gentle handling to preserve the beauty and longevity of your silk garment.
Silk Care & Wear Policy
At Grazie, each piece is handcrafted with premium Italian silk. Silk is a natural fiber admired for its softness and luxurious sheen, but it is also delicate.
- Once a garment has been worn, any damage such as snags, tears, pulls, or marks is considered normal wear and tear—not a manufacturing defect.
- For this reason, Grazie does not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for items damaged after wearing.
- Every item is checked for quality before being shipped to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
- If an item arrives damaged before it has been worn, it will be reviewed and replaced or refunded under our standard return policy.
We encourage customers to handle each silk piece with care and follow our recommended guidelines, including professional dry cleaning only.
